Eligibility for Issue Resolution
As our NFC business cards and printed items are custom-made, we offer support in the following situations:

The item received is damaged or defective

There is a printing or design error that does not match the approved proof

The NFC feature is not functioning
Reporting Window
You must contact us within 3 days of delivery to report any issue.
Please share photos or videos showing the defect for quick verification.
Once verified, we will resolve the issue appropriately. You are not required to return the product in most verified cases.
Situations Not Covered

Errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer

Minor color differences within acceptable printing tolerance

Requests for changes after customization or production has started
2. For Digital Services (Websites, CRMs, SEO, etc.)
Service Delivery Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds once the project has started or services have been delivered fully or partially.
This applies to services including (but not limited to):

CRM setup or integration

SEO services
-
Social media marketing or ad campaigns

Email marketing & automation

Custom software development
We maintain transparency and continuous client collaboration throughout the process. If you’re not satisfied at any stage, our team will work with you to revise the work within the agreed scope.
3. Service Cancellation Policy

Before Project Start: You may cancel within 24 hours of payment if the project hasn’t begun. A small processing fee may apply.

After Project Has Started: Once work has commenced, cancellation is not allowed.
4. Refund Processing (If Applicable)
In rare cases where a refund is approved:

The amount will be refunded to the original payment method

Processing Time: 5–7 business days

You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s processed
